At the head of the Exhibition Grounds, Amrâth Hotels wants to build a 4-star hotel with about 250 rooms and about 350 homes. Above the hotel there will be 22 floors with apartments.
The rental apartments are varied in design and size. There will be studios, apartments and upstairs penthouses. Residents will be able to make use of the hotel facilities such as the fitness and wellness area.

Collaboration with Dalux
For almost 15 years Dalux has specialised in making construction processes more efficient with software for working with a BIM on the construction site, document management and augmented reality. Well-known products of the company are Dalux BIM Viewer, Dalux Field for recordings and checklists and Dalux Box for document management.
In the Netherlands, contractors and installers in particular use this software to consult and manage all digitally available project information on the construction site.

Our delivery centre established its first office in 1996 and now has offices in New Delhi- India, Maryland & New York – USA, Singapore and in Qatar and has over 240 employees. The combination of experience and capacity guarantees knowledge, flexibility and quality.
In the delivery centre, a dedicated team is available for our projects so that the knowledge is always taken to the next project. When scaling up the projects, this dedicated team also remains the project owner and our point of contact.
